Hunden Partners worked with the City of Burbank to perform a comprehensive market and demand analysis of potential new conference facilities and related amenities within Burbank.
Approach
Hunden conducted multiple studies to guide the Client’s decision-making on building and managing community conference and hospitality-related assets. Hunden completed the following tasks: analyzed the local and regional conference and meetings market demand, evaluated competitors, assessed downtown Burbank, the Project site, and amenities, determined proportionality and suitability of conference center space, provided sizing and program scenarios, and validated the return on new investment for the recommended scenarios.
Impact
Hunden worked with Visit Burbank and the City of Burbank to perform an economic, fiscal, and employment impact analysis of the events hosted by Visit Burbank. Hunden examined the impact these events have on both the community and the local economy.
