Charlie is an Analyst at Hunden Partners, where he supports development implementation advisory services, financial feasibility studies, and strategic planning engagements for public and private sector clients. His experience includes mixed-use districts, stadiums, arenas, youth sports complexes, hotels, convention centers, and destination and tourism initiatives. He conducts market and submarket research, financial feasibility modeling, economic and demographic analysis, competitive profiling, and stakeholder interviews. His work helps clients make informed investment and development decisions. Charlie has contributed to projects across Texas, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, California, North Carolina, Minnesota, Indiana, Colorado, Nevada, and other markets across the United States.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Charlie earned a Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance and a Certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. While at UW–Madison, he was actively involved in the Real Estate Club and the Real Estate Private Equity Club. He also studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, completing coursework at the Universitat de Barcelona through the Institute for the International Education of Students (IES).
Prior to joining Hunden Partners as an Analyst, Charlie completed internships with both Hunden Partners and Pine Tree, a retail real estate investment and development firm. At Pine Tree, he supported asset management initiatives, conducted market research, and analyzed retail property performance across multiple markets.
