Sarah Jenkins

Sarah Jenkins is Vice President of Marketing at Hunden Partners, where she leads the firm's marketing strategy, brand management, and communications initiatives. She oversees integrated marketing efforts that strengthen Hunden's industry presence, support business development, and communicate the firm's expertise across the intersection of tourism, real estate, and economic development. Her responsibilities include brand strategy, website strategy, social media, email marketing, conference strategy, and thought leadership initiatives. Sarah also serves as executive producer of the Hunden Happy Hour podcast, helping strengthen the firm's voice and engagement across the destination real estate industry.

Sarah leads Hunden's ongoing brand evolution and digital marketing strategy, ensuring every client touchpoint reflects the firm's commitment to evidence-based insights, independent advice, and lasting impact. She directed the comprehensive redesign of the Hunden Partners website, developed the firm's content and thought leadership strategy, and led the marketing launch of Atlas by Hunden, the firm's decision-support platform. She also oversees Hunden's CRM strategy and marketing infrastructure, implementing systems and processes that strengthen business development, client engagement, and long-term marketing performance.

Prior to joining Hunden Partners, Sarah spent nearly 15 years at Ball State University in roles spanning development, marketing, community engagement, and teaching. Throughout her career, she led strategic communications, fundraising and capital campaign initiatives, stakeholder engagement, CRM strategy, and student mentorship while teaching courses in branding, marketing, and theatre management. Her fundraising efforts helped support transformational projects, including the Marilyn K. Glick Center for Glass and the expansion of the David T. Owsley Museum of Art. Across every role, storytelling, relationship building, and mentoring have remained central to her work.

Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in Dance Performance and an MBA in Arts Administration, both from Illinois State University.
